This hotel is located in the foothills of Kilimanjaro and is in a very peaceful location. The building is impressive as you approach it and the welcome we received was as warm as any we received in Tanzania.
We stayed here for one night before setting off on our climb. The rooms were a little basic but perfectly comfortable; nice beds, warm shower, toiletries in the bathroom etc.
The location of this hotel means it is a little isolated. But what you lack in things around you you more than make up for in being able to see Kilimanjaro in the distance and feeling like you are in the beginning of the forest of the mountain.
